Some missions may have you working against one another, but you are not in direct competition to save your worlds. There are multiple bubble cities with multiple participants. While Echo can only save so many, it isn't limited to a certain amount of people's worlds per city.

I'm not certain. No one has asked.

I have the means to contact my siblings who are inhabiting close planets.
