Can you prohibit or limit the approval of requests that include science and technology that's specific to Academy City, unless the requestor is myself or someone who was involved with its development?

Not that I know of, but there's some really dangerous shit back home that could fuck up a lot of people here if an idiot got their hands on it. Since I'm in charge of the city it's my responsibility to at least keep an eye on that research to make sure it isn't misused.

I do not inform others of foreign technology, nor do I plan on doing so. Anything from your home should remain in your hands, unless others arrive from the same place.

So if someone fucking random idiot from home does show up, you can try to prohibit them from accessing my city's technology? Assuming they weren't involved in the development of any of it. If that doesn't work, can you at least let me know they made the request?
