Ace told me you could notify us when someone requests our technology. I'd like to know if someone requests either Hextech-based equipment or tools, and also the gemstones. Is that possible?

I informed him it would be against protocol, but I would try to inform him if anyone not involved in the development of that technology requests it.

There are many from your home world, Jayce Talis. And many who have differing levels of involvement in HexTech. If I offered to inform you, I would have to extend that to everyone from your world who has used HexTech or the gemstones in order to make it fair. Would you like me to do that?
