miss aurora, this is inara serra. I have been here sometime and I haven't properly introduced myself beyond our first encounter. for that I apologize.

however I am here to ask a series of questions and I'm hoping you'd be able to assist. the most important question I have to start with is—

may we be granted better and higher qualities of tea for consumption? the tea in the stores is rather....subpar.
