For the tools needed to refine it as well as a small amount of the stone itself, it would be 20 points. If you are wanting enough to fill a sufficient area, this would be closer to 30 points. This would be the equivalent of requesting a new facility.

I see. Then I shall exercise patience until such time as I have earned the requisite points. It would be wasteful to make a half-measure request when the stone demands proper tools and preparation.

In the meantime, I will continue to refine my designs and document the proposed applications, so that when I return to you with twenty points in hand, the work may proceed without delay or uncertainty. Consider this not a withdrawal, but a deferral in the interest of efficiency.
